1. Acceptance of Terms

By using nmnadvisors.org (the “Site”), scheduling a call/appointment, filling out a quote form, or letting one of our licensed agents help you, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please leave the Site now.

2. We Are a Licensed Broker, Not an Insurer

NMN Advisors is a licensed insurance brokerage, not an insurance company. Our agents are appointed with many top carriers in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Any policy you buy is a direct contract between you and the carrier. We earn commissions from carriers—we never charge you a broker fee.

3. Quotes Are Estimates Only

Every quote, rate, or benefit summary is preliminary. Final rates, subsidies, and coverage are set by the carriers, state specific State Based Exchange Marketplaces (for State Based Exchange states), or HealthCare.gov after verification of your information and underwriting (if applicable). We are not liable if the final premium or coverage differs from the initial quote.

4. Your Personal & Health Information

You authorize us to collect your Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to shop plans. We are a HIPAA Business Associate of every carrier we represent. Your data is encrypted, access-controlled, and only shared with carriers or marketplaces to get you coverage.

5. Marketplace & Medicare Rules (CMS TPMO Disclaimer)

“We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to the plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.”

6. Agents Licensed in All 50 States

Every agent you speak with is state-licensed/certified and FFM/AHIP certified for Marketplace and Medicare sales.

7. Recording of Calls

For quality and compliance, ALL phone calls will be recorded. You consent by staying on the line after the verbal notice.

8. Electronic Signatures & Delivery

You agree to use electronic signatures for applications and to receive policies or other information by email or secure portal. This satisfies all “delivery” laws.

9. Prohibited Uses

Do not:

Submit fake information on quote forms.

Try to hack, scrape, or overload the Site.

Use the Site in violation of any law.

Impersonate another person or agent. We can terminate your session instantly.

10. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, calendars, forms, pictures, website verbiage) is © 2025 NMN Advisors LLC. View it—don’t copy or resell it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices or your data there.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES ARE “AS IS.” We do not guarantee:

100% uptime.

That every carrier or plan will appear in your quote.

Zero errors in subsidy calculations (final numbers come from the Marketplace).

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

We are not liable for denied claims, carrier insolvencies, or changes in federal/state law.

NMN Advisors LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Site use.

Our total liability is capped at $500 or the commissions we earned from your policy—whichever is less.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NMN Advisors LLC harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your Site use or violation of these Terms. You agree to defend and reimburse us if someone sues us because you gave us false information or violated these Terms.

15. Termination

We can suspend your access anytime, with or without notice—no reason needed.

16. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

17. Changes to Terms

We post changes here. Using the Site after the “Effective” date means you accept them.
